The gaslighting begins in the fifth episode of American Horror Story: Double Feature. Lily Rabe puts on an incredible performance in one of the best episodes of AHS Season 10!

After Doris gives birth to her new baby, Harry, Alma and Ursula devise a horrifying plan to keep Doris under control. Ultimately, Harry is unable to keep his daughter Alma under control. She's a blood-thirsty monster with a one-track mind. Meanwhile, Doris is pushed past her limits and tries to run away from her family but has no other choice than to take the pill. Unfortunately, Doris has no talent and she eventually transforms into another one of Provincetown's Pale People.

Meanwhile, Belle is interested in kidnapping the new Gardner baby and enlists Mickey to help her. Karen has other plans as she wants to save the baby and raise it as her own. Mickey gives Karen the chance to finally create her masterpiece but she's not willing to join him knowing the pill's "price of admission." But just like Doris, Karen eventually has no other choice. She takes the pill and finally paints her "Red Tide" masterpiece after going out on her own terms?
