Diana’s background includes leading teams in startups (E.piphany, Cheapflights – bought by Kayak, and SimplePractice), enterprise organizations (Salesforce, Monster, Pearson), digital agencies (Razorfish, part of Publicis), and software consulting (Epsilon, E.piphany). Diana focuses on putting people first in the people-product-process triad, accelerating digital innovation, being a dot connector, and coaching individuals through their product leadership journey. She has a MIMS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Boston University.

Heather Sit (  / hnsit  ) is a visionary executive with 15+ years of strategic leadership, product, and operations expertise. Her track record includes founding and scaling multiple organizations while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction. As a Head of Product and Chief Operations Officer, she directed teams of 50+, driving multimillion-dollar revenues.
Heather's coaching philosophy emphasizes empowerment, innovation, and inclusion. Her coaching unlocks leadership potential, cultivates innovative strategies, and nurtures collaborative teams. With an extensive background in strategic planning, team leadership, and change management, she empowers individuals to thrive in dynamic business landscapes.
Heather's commitment to gender parity and diverse leadership is evident through her work with women and POC in technology, business, and law. She currently advises the Women in Leadership program for UC Riverside. She was the founding executive sponsor of United Talent Agency's Women in IT group

Naxis Prado (  / naxis  ) is a bilingual engineer with over a decade of international experience in product management, agile, and consulting. She has a proven track record of leading global cross-functional teams and delivering user-centric and data-driven solutions.
Naxis graduated from Stanford University, the University of Chile (Chile), and the University of Carabobo (Venezuela). As a Latina immigrant who started from scratch in two different countries, Naxis knows firsthand the importance of being a self-promoter and cultivating essential skills such as resilience, empathy, and a growth mindset.

📚 Meet your All-Star Moderator:
For 20+ years Kristin Kobey (  / kristinkobey  ) has been doing what she loves... leading customer-focused tech products & product teams at startups, entertainment brands, and enterprise companies like Autodesk, StarMaker Interactive, and Nickelodeon. She’s enjoyed creating sticky products including a virtual assistant, educational games, karaoke apps & contest platforms. Never done alone, a big part has been building and leading strong, connected product managers and teams that align towards shared purpose and product success.
Kristin is also a certified Leadership & Performance Coach and coaches individuals & teams to see and be their best. As a facilitator with Women in Product, her focus is to empower career growth and help product managers productize themselves to move their careers forward. Additionally, she coach at the UC Berkeley’s Product Management Studio and Products That Count. When not working she’s likely hiking a Bay Area trail with friends, reading, making art, and hanging with her husband and two teens.
