This roof is only about 4 or 5 years old and has quite a few issues going on. Roofing basics were definitely missed here, like not even installing a starter row! EPDM rubber roof running vertical up the roof, seam tape on top of the rubber, no flashing boots on the rubber, Riser pole split boot hackethon! AKA Electrical Mast Connection
