VET NUTRITIONIST APPROVED HOMEMADE DOG FOOD

Hello my fellow pet parents!

I'm so excited to show you guys how I make my dog's Veterinarian Nutritionist approved dog food! I share where you can access millions of free balanced recipes created by board certified Veterinarian Nutritionists.

I've been cooking for my dogs for over 13 years and my dog, Bobby who is 16.5 years old (I recorded this video earlier year in March 2021) is thriving! Changing my dogs to a home cooked diet transformed their lives. Even out Vet was amazed!

A home cooked diet is certainly not the only way to provided a high quality meal, but it's a great option. The best part is you know exactly what's going into your dog's food.

Hope you enjoyed this video!

xx,
Minyoung, Bobby & Lucy

〰️ FISH OIL TIPS
OILS & HEALTHY FATS ...
Including healthy fats is important and Balance IT has many oils you can add to your dog's diet!
I use Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Pet for all my non-seafood recipes.

For seafood recipes, I use walnut oil.
When choosing the already formulated popular recipes, Balance IT usually recommends corn oil. I personally don't like using corn oil because of the potential GMO's, but that's a personal choice and it's completely up to you!

If you don't want to use corn or fish oil, you can substitute for walnut oil (recommended by Balance IT). You certainly don't have to use the same fish oil brand as me!
Here are some tips when shopping for a fish oil brand for pets!

Whenever possible, choose a brand with a blue glass bottle. The reason being is you want the oil to be as pure as possible. Contents in a plastic bottle can leak into the oil.

Try not to purchase a fish oil with a pump on top (closure). When choosing a fish oil with a pump, air gets pumped into the oil and it can get rancid (spoil) quickly.

Do not cook with fish oil and always refrigerate fish oil.
