Bio: Gireendra is the Founder Director and CEO of Ideas to Impacts Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Lead Investor and General Partner at Pentathlon Ventures and Owner of the Ideas to Impacts Hub.

Ideas to Impacts is in the business of "Distributing The Future Evenly (TM)" by offering cutting edge technology services with our "smart town" model which is the logical next step of Indian off-shoring.

Pentathlon Ventures funds and supports early stage B2B-Tech start-ups. Ideas to Impacts Hub, a leading incubator / accelerator of Tech start-ups in Pune, is also home to our VC fund.

He is a Mechanical engineer from IIT Mumbai (1987) and Univ. of South Carolina, USA, (1989).

Starting his career with Tata Consultancy Services, he has been an entrepreneur for most of his 30+ years in the industry. His initial business was in the CAD-CAM space, before starting his pioneering independent testing business, VeriSoft, one of India’s earliest and leading independent testing companies. VeriSoft was acquired by SQS Software Quality Systems AG, the global leader in independent testing. Gireendra headed the India operations as the MD and CEO of SQS India. He was also on the board of SQS India BFSI (listed on NSE and BSE) and SQS USA.

Gireendra is a Director and President of Executive Council at the Inter-Institutional Inclusive Innovation Centre, an independent non-profit company committed to build an ecosystem that supports and promotes disruptive technology innovation in India. As a member of the Social Innovation group of the Pune International Center, he mentors social entrepreneurs. He has also been associated with MCCIA, TiE and CSI.

Gireendra has been a speaker at various international conferences on Software Testing, entrepreneurship and early stage startup investments.
