5th Gen 2010-2015 Toyota 4Runner AWD 4X4 Limited rear brake job. Rear drivers side and passenger side installation. Power Stop Z36 Truck & Tow Front & Rear K5874-36 Kit or K5875-36 Rear Kit.

We use our 4Runner to haul a trailer and regularly have it fully loaded with people/gear for camping or off-roading or anything else we might want to do. The rear OEM pads/rotors lasted about 35k miles only, and the fronts are soon to be shot too. So this is hopefully not only a cosmetic upgrade but a functional one as well.

I am not a professional mechanic. I'm just a regular guy who likes to get his hands dirty. I paid full price for this kit from Summit Racing based on other reviews I've read and was not asked review or endorse. This is the first "How To" video I've done. I couldn't find a 5th Gen 4Runner brake video so I decided to make one.

I know I should have worn gloves, I didn't have any handy, but I did avoid touching the contact surfaces of the pads/rotors.

I assume no responsibility for your actions attempting to copy what I have done in this video. This video is how I changed my brakes on my 4Runner. Your project may very.
