We have argued in recent episodes that the over-reliance on problematic hadith has made Islam seem difficult and backward. Are there traditional principles that can help us revisit our approach to hadith? Shaykh Atabek Shukurov argues that Hanafi Principles of Testing Hadith can help us restore a balanced approach.
