Through the National Gallery of Canada’s outreach program, many of our artworks travel to other museums. This year, Joseph Chinard’s marble bust of “The Empress Josephine” has been loaned to The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts for the exhibition “Napoleon, Art and Court Life in the Imperial Palace,” on view until May 10th, 2018.
