Hey everyone! Thanks so much for tuning in, I am really excited to develop this piece of property! My plans include a few small cottages down by the river that sustain themselves!
River water, solar power and good old fashioned fire for heat. I dream of people coming to stay, to reconnect and be in the beauty of the quiet forest. BUT FIRST......

In order to make those dreams come true I have to be able to access my land and get to the river! The right of way thats on the property now is overgrown and hasn't been maintained in what looks like decades.
