Tim Campbell MBE takes questions from the Oxford Union audience on the reality of the personalities on The Apprentice and what advice he would give budding entrepreneurs.

Mr Campbell won the first season of The Apprentice and rejoined the programme in 2022, replacing Claude Littner. He co-founded the Bright Ideas Trust in 2007 to support young people not in education, employment or training in founding businesses.
