We got this engine over a year ago. Would run kinda ok, then not at all. We finally figured out it was governor messed up. Dad swapped it for a blown engines one. Then would not run? We accidentally miss timed to cam! Dad fixed it today and this is what I found after work! We tried adjusting governor long time ago, now it is way off. Won't rev any higher, need to re adjust!
