In November 2022, I decided to sell my 4th Gen iPad Air, which I had for over 2 years, and upgrade to the 2021 M1 iPad Pro (12.9). At first, I was really excited about the XDR Display, the higher refresh rate, and the larger display of the M1 iPad Pro. But after trying to use this iPad Pro the same way I would use my iPad Air, I realized that size DOES matter... when picking an iPad.

The larger 12.9 display was certainly a great-looking display, but it came with its issues. Throughout my time with this iPad Pro, there has been some pain points, but there have also been some things that the iPad Pro can do that the iPad Air couldn't or didn't do as good of a job.
