The National Community Bank Service Awards, presented by ICBA and sponsored by FIS, recognizes community banks providing outstanding, volunteer community service efforts to their local communities.

In 2023, First Federal Savings and Loan Association in Pascagoula, Miss. received the Exceptional Community Bank Service Award, and Cross Bank in Wynne, Ark. received the Emerging Community Bank Service Program Award.
