VIDEO: At the beginning, JJ feels overwhelmed with her job. She's passionate about it though, and continues to help the victims and the overworked detectives however, and will not show her stress. She continues 'fixing' (like the song) everyone around her, except herself. All of this stress, insecurity, and wanting to hide is negatively effecting her relationship with Will as well. Thoughts of her sister still leave her feeling depressed.
At 2:36, it noticeably gets lighter. The team helps her and 'fixes' her. Her relationship with Will gets better as she realizes she doesn't have to be alone.
Later, it is shown she helps to 'fix' her team members as well, like a family. She uses her own experience with her sister to help Hotch realize that one day when you think of her (Haley), you won't hurt anymore. She can do her job without getting bogged down, and better yet, she is more confident in herself as a person.
