Here is my favourite reaper, Sovereign from Mass Effect. This video features the Sovereign Mass Effect battle between Commander Shepard, Saren and the Citadel fleet.

Sovereign is the very first reaper you discover in Mass Effect, and was the reaper charged with activating the mass relay on the Citadel to allow the rest of the reapers to jump from dark space, however something went wrong with the activation.
