James Corden has the fastest growing Late Night channel on YouTube thanks mostly to the massive success he has had with Carpool Karaoke on the Late Late Show.

And while it is certainly fun to watch your favorite singers rock out to their most popular songs, a big contributor to the success of those videos is the dynamic James is able to create in such a short time. He’s able to get people to open up and really enjoy themselves. And if you watch closely, there is a moment where these stars who were previously bored or skeptical, seem to really begin to like James Corden. James Corden’s magnetism comes from the fact that he is able to make people feel good, without losing their respect. That is what we are going to learn how to do in this video.
