Today we begin a NEW playlist for the channel - KALARI Dissected!

The aim of these videos is to show you how elements of Kalari training can be taken out and used for specific goals - e.g. GAINING FLEXIBILITY in the muscles of the superficial back line (SBL).

Please take a look at Kalari Science video part 1 to read more on the SBL.

To achieve this goal we have chosen from the warm-ups (LOHARS) and from the kicks (KALUGAL) a series of beginner exercises and some more advanced, which when practiced will bring you significant GAINS IN FLEXIBILITY.

Remember to always strengthen and stabilize muscles when you stretch them. Please review the videos on GAJA VADIVU 🐘 and MAYOORA VADIVU🦚 for strengthening the deep front line (DFL) and superficial back line (SBL) respectively.

Please Note:
TAKE CARE with the more advanced exercises and do not go too low! Always keep your pelvis facing forward (not turned to the side). This will prevent you from going too deep and causing damage to the body.
