The factory Triumph Bonneville seat is like sitting on a rock! I finally took some time to modify the seat for much better comfort. There is a molded seat pan which makes complete replacement of the foam difficult, but you can easily cut out and replace a section with softer foam where you sit. This inexpensive mod makes a big difference. I re-used the seat cover. In this video I'll take you through all of the steps and show you the end result.
