To enter: You must go out into nature, whether it is a park, the ocean, a lake, the woods, a trail, etc. Spend at least 15 minutes, (an hour is strongly suggested), to just slow down and pay attention to your surroundings. Listen to the sounds. Feel the wind and breeze. The warmth, coolness, cold, etc. What do you notice? Nature? Animals? Other people? Then think about what you are thankful for. What do you have gratitude for? After 15 minutes or longer, go and capture something that seems to resonate with what you're thankful and grateful for. Wander around and capture a ton of stuff.
