Ingredients:
Chicken soup set (I use the whole back and breast of the chicken.) - 500 -700 g
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Buckwheat - 3-4 tbsp
Garlic -4 cloves
Oregano - 1/2 - 1 teaspoon
Pepper mixture
A small bunch of parsley
Khmeli-Suneli - 1 teaspoon (if available)
Tomato paste - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
Water - 2-2.5 liters
