A nice tour of Carmax showing examples of their terrible business practices that benefit no one except them. I’m not too sure who their customer is but I hope that they end up walking away and going somewhere else and saving a ton of money. They have a large selection of cars which is nice, but how they do the process to buy one of these is very irritating and costly. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next car. I’m not too sure if they will be around in the next 5 years.
