Georgia’s cGov360 was replaced with eCorp in late 2015.

Georgia requires that all LLCs (both Domestic and Foreign) pay a $50 Annual Registration Fee each year. This is due regardless of income or business activity. The purpose of the Georgia LLC Annual Registration Fee is to keep your LLC’s contact information updated with the GA Secretary of State.

In most states, this is referred to as your Annual Report, but the official name in Georgia is the Annual Registration Fee. The State does not send you a reminder to pay your Annual Registration Fee.

It is your responsibility to make sure you pay and update your records on time each year.

You can file your LLC’s Annual Registration Fee by mail or online, but the state prefers online filings as they are more convenient and faster.
