Looking for a silent, 32bit mainboard upgrade? In this video we test the budget MKS Robin E3 and the powerful BTT SKR E3 Turbo. Both are put through their paces with a comprehensive guide provided for specifications, wiring, installation, firmware, BLtouch, filament runout, sensorless homing, and Neopixels.

Both boards performed well for me, with no problems whatsoever. They both have excellent documentation and Marlin support thanks to devs and community volunteers. Both boards aso had a working EEPROM and worked fine with Pronterface and Octoprint.

The MKS Robin E3(D) boards were purchased with my own money. The SKR E3 Turbo boards were sent free of charge by Bigtreetech. All opinions express are my own.

I couldn't replicate the problem. Maybe my older E3 Turbo board was not old enough?
