Dr. Muhammad Nadheer Ebil is a renowned Islamic Scholar from Filipino Community. He had obtained his Bachelor degree in College of Shari-ah, Islamic University in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia. Year 1417 H, 1996. He proceeded to Masteral degree in "Islamic Jurisprudence" in Shari-ah at the same university, year 1423 H, 2002. and had continued to Doctoral degree in the same field at the same University Year 1431 H, 2010.

While he study at the University, he had also attended some lectures & study groups with popular Sheikhs in Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. Some of them are: Sheikh Abubakr Jabir Al-Jaza'iree, Sheikh Abdul-muhsin Al-Abbaad, Sheikh Muhammad Hamood Al-waa'ilee, Sheikh Muhammad Naaser As-Suhaybanee, Sheikh Fayhaan Al-Mutayree, Sheikh Muhammad Muhammad Al-mukhtar Ash-Shanquitee, Sheikh Abdulkareem Al-Ghudayyah and many more.

He participate in Da'wah, Islamic propagation and translating some Sheikkh of Madinah who deliver speech about Islam to the Filipino workers in the hospitals, establishment, companies in Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Yanbu and Hanakiyyah, Saudi Arabia. By the will of Allah, many of them embraces Islam.

Currently, he work as Editor, Translator, Propagator and Islamic teacher at Qatar Islamic Cultural Center (FANAR), since 2010 until present time.
