20g butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 carrots (optional)
3-4 potatoes
Salt
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
Black pepper
A bunch of parsley
4 cloves of garlic

Mix in a pan:
100 g sweet chili sauce
60 ml honey (or maple syrup)
60g butter
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
