You should always choose tyres that best suit the driving conditions. We conducted a braking test to illustrate the difference between the different tyre types. The Tesla is braking from the speed of 40 km/h on ice first with summer tyres, then with non-studded tyres developed for Central European conditions and then with non-studded tyres developed for Nordic conditions. Lastly the car was equipped with studded winter tyres.
