At age 21 when I told people around me that I wanted to build a company of my own, 90% of them simply told me reasons why I couldn't do it.
I was told that I needed a degree or I would amount to nothing.
I was told that I needed a plan B.
Someone reminded me of how poor my parents were and how nobody would give me money to start a business.
However, deep within me, even though I had no money or connections, I knew that I could do it.
Looking back today, after about 13 years, I could not point at anything that made me believe I could do what I did.
It was pure faith. It was unreasonable. But it worked.
