The Supreme Court heard oral arguments for two hours today in a case that could dismiss or throw out serious felony charges for hundreds of people who were present at the January 6 attack on Capitol Hill. The justices heard arguments from one of the defendants charged who says the Dept. of Justice improperly used an overly broad interpretation of a decades old law.
