University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication (SOJC) student Kaitlyn Bullentini was a first-year advertising and public relations major when she contacted a woman from a fledgling cosmetic company about an internship. The team at Shades by Shan admired her initiative, and the internship led to a coveted job in the beauty industry. Now she's living her dream of naming beauty products and has a full-time job lined up after graduation.
