Wing Chun Kung Fu forms are very important when learning Kung Fu. Forms help us develop an understanding of the theories and principles of the system. Our focus is on precision movements so that when we train our applications, chisau or sparring we are able to focus on economy of movement and not correcting technique. Application is our development of skill.
