Olivia Cheng, designer of Dauphinette, is committed to a sustainable mission that strives to make a positive impact on the environment. She traces the path of the food used in her fashion creations to the producers’ dinner plates, so no waste is left behind. Through a special team of artisans, the brand ensures a micro-level production that promotes a truly symbiotic relationship between fashion and food, as Cheng recounts in this interview, part of a series accompanying the “Food & Fashion” exhibition at The Museum at FIT (September 13 - November 26, 2023).
