The Knowledge Exchange Conference (KEC) is an annual gathering of delegates and practitioners of Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) and Public Internet Access advocates which include Local Chief Executives, Knowledge Managers/Workers and other eCenter stakeholders in the country particularly Tech4ED Centers. With the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s conference will be done virtually.
