Hey guys, it's been a few months. Sorry for suddenly disappearing after a really good stretch; I had a personal matter I had to deal with but I'm trying to get back into this now.

After doing that Kashmir '77 Remastered video a few months back, I was inspired to use this concert as a sort of case study for producing a concert matrix, which I've never attempted until now. After posting the Kashmir video, I was graciously provided with an audience tape for that whole concert, which I was previously unaware of.

This video is a glimpse into the process I went through for creating a little snippet of a matrix for this concert. This minute-long segment was something of an experiment, but I'm gonna try to do the whole concert soon. I will not do the video with it, because doing that would 100% cause the video to be blocked. I was extremely lucky to get the entire concert through the copyright system once, but I know that's not gonna happening again.

I think the Seattle '77 is a good specimen for a matrix, because I think all available tapes for it are either very dry-sounding, or just poor quality. Combining multiple perspectives would really improve the listening experience, because I also think it's a somewhat underrated concert. Just from this little segment I did, I think this has potential. Let me know what you guys think.
