When I was a kid my favorite action figure was an Irwin Toys Dragon Ball Z series 1 "The Saga Continues" Super Saiyan Goku. At 9 years old, I thought that thing was perfect, but that was nearly 25 years ago and I've since realized that it was a flawed figure, especially when you compare it to the #SHFiguarts Legendary #SuperSaiyan Goku figure that was released in 2023.

In this video, I take a look at my old Irwin Toys figure and discuss some of the memories I have from when I was a child with that toy. I also unbox, react to and review the SH Figuarts Goku figure to show how far the action figure industry has come in terms of engineering, sculpting and painting.
