Tbilisi is the capital and largest city of Georgia, a country in the Caucasus region of Eastern Europe. Tbilisi is a historic city with a rich cultural heritage, and it has been an important trade and cultural center for centuries. The city is located along the banks of the Mtkvari River, and it is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, including the Caucasus Mountains. Tbilisi is also known for its vibrant arts and music scenes, as well as its delicious food and wine.

Tbilisi is a great city for many touristic activities, and walking the old town is one of the most charming experiences. Even though Tbilisi is the country's capital, its old town vibe is much more relaxed than you would find in a city like Paris or Rome. There is a great mix of ancient Christian, imperial period and Soviet architecture, the old markets are a great place to explore and buy souvenirs. Be sure to wander up and down the narrow staircases and take in the beautiful views from the hilltop. A walk is immersive, you see day to day life of the locals from a truly intimate distance. Old churches, cobbled streets, even sofas on the sidewalks are part of the experience. I wanted to share here what I saw in Tbilisi, hope you enjoy it.
