1st RECIPE.
250 grams of high protein flour
35 grams of sugar
4 grams of instant yeast
1 gram (1/3 tsp) bread softener (optional).
2.5 grams salt (1/2 tsp salt)
15 grams of powdered milk
30 grams of butter or margarine
1 egg yolk + cold water = 140-150 grams

2nd RECIPE.
2 medium size eggs
250 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of sugar
125 grams of milk
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt

3rd RECIPE.
500 grams of milk
100 grams of sugar (according to your taste)
1/4 tsp salt
1 medium size egg
40 grams of wheat flour
200 grams of rice flour
1 tsp instant yeast

4th RECIPE.
350 grams of all-purpose flour.
10 grams of baking powder (1 tbsp)
3 grams baking soda (1/2 tsp)
225 grams of cold milk
6 grams of salt
12 grams of vegetable oil (1 tbsp )
