We, like most folks, enjoy a good pizza. We did this review on the Ooni Fyra because overall this product is a great buy. It is portable, fast, easy to operate and easy to clean. For this video we did a simple pizza recipe. When using this oven you need to pay special attention to how fast this pizza will get done. In other words, you can burn a pizza up real quick! Constant spinning of the pizza is required, about every 15 seconds you want to give the pizza quarter turn. It takes about 90 seconds to cook a 12 inch pizza. The taste is amazing, the crust airy and light. We hope you enjoy the review!

Basic Dough Recipe

• 1-1/4 cups warm water
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 3 ½ to 4 Cups of 00 Flour
• 1 tsp of Salt
• 1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
• 1 Package of active dry yeast

Combine water, 1 tsp of sugar and yeast into a stand mixer, whisk until dissolved.
Let this mixture stand until bubbles start to form on the surface.
Put your dough hook on your mixer and add the remaining sugar, flour and oil.
Turn the mixer on low and knead until a ball forms and becomes smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
Grease a small bowl with oil, remove the dough from the mixer and place in the bowl, cover in a warm place and let rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
For the review on this video we just used a store bought sauce. You can find plenty of good sauce recipes online or make up your own!
We also used an Italian Cheese Blend for the video.
