Today we're making a blackberry traditional mead! This is a mead that features honey, water and yeast only! In this case, we are using blackberry honey. We should get some of that blackberry flavor from this mead and I'm excited to share it with you all. I hope you enjoy this video! Blackberry Traditional Mead Recipe:

1 Gallon of Spring Water
3.5 Pounds of Blackberry Honey
2 Grams of Lalvin QA23
1/8 tsp of Wine Tannin
1/4 Pound of Tupelo Honey (I ran out of the blackberry honey)
