Using Topaz AI (https://www.topazlabs.com/topaz-video...) & 6 other sources linked below I painstakingly restored, enhanced, & upscaled the incredible Christopher Lloyd & Thomas F Wilson performances of this magical Douglas Trumbull Universal Studios theme park ride, filmed after & on the set of BTTF 2 & 3, which kind of makes it Back To The Future 4. Restoration steps taken included:
• AI upscale to 4K
• Conversion from 30 to 60 fps with frame interpolation
• Re-insertion of original clips from the Blu-Ray movies into the ride queue line footage where appropriate
• Matte cutout (vertically reduced) of DeLorean ride dashboard to superimpose over TheMaxleyDog’s full frame restoration of the actual ride footage
• AI upscale and 60 fps treatment of that full frame restoration
• Manual pasting of new labels onto dashboard
CRT effect on dashboard TV to better compensate for low quality source
• Volume levelling and other audio fixes and tweaks
