On 28 February to 3 March 2024 my husband and I stayed at the Conrad Singapore. Starting late December 2023 we reached out to the hotel for help in arranging a full day private tour of Singapore. Zahir (Zahirruddin Mohamad) patiently emailed with us to find the best guide possible (Han Jamalludin - more on her in, and that experience, in another post). Then, when our flight connection was missed Zahir made sure our hotel arrangements were set up for our new arrival and even greeted us when we finally made it to the hotel. My video tells about another service he provided that truly went "above and beyond". Thank you Zahir (FYI my contact lenses were PERFECT through the rest of the trip because you helped me get the medicine I needed!!)

One last mention, Zahir made sure we had another concierge helping us so that it felt we had 24/7 care. Desiree Lim Ong was also amazing. We had purchased tickets to the Gardens by the Bay (to see the Cloud Forest & Flower Dome) and to the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck but due to the missed flight we weren't in town to use the tickets. Desiree worked consistently with the two venue to change the date of the tickets. The Marina Bay Sands were particularly resistant to this request but she did her magic and was finally (after many phone calls and emails) able to change the date/time. Thank you Desiree!!
