The EPDM rubber particle floor is made of EPDM rubber particles. It is also a kind of pollution-resistant EPDM rubber particle elastic floor. It is usually used in the community playground EPDM rubber particle floor and kindergarten rubber floor.

Basic ground requirements

1. Use asphalt concrete or cement concrete as the foundation for paving, and the foundation must have corresponding strength and stability.

2. There should be no cracks and frost heave on the ground.

3. The foundation must have good flatness and specified slope, and the surface must be flat to ensure drainage.

4. The surface of the foundation should be kept clean and dry. After the construction of the new foundation is completed, the normal maintenance should be performed. After the maintenance period, the construction of EPDM rubber particles should be carried out.

EPDM rubber granule construction process steps

1. Rubber particle construction classification: There are two construction techniques, mechanical construction, and manual construction. Mechanical paving has good compactness and high flatness. Generally, the mechanical construction is used when the height is higher than 7mm. The advantage of mechanical construction is fast, but the disadvantage is that the small area is not suitable for mechanical construction.

2. On the basis of EPDM rubber particle ground, after cleaning the ground, evenly apply 0.2kg of primer per flat on the foundation to enhance the adhesion of EPDM rubber particles to the ground.

3. Make a sample before construction and pay attention to the problem. The use of EPDM rubber granular materials, such as the material ratio and material curing time, is normal. After 24 hours, observe whether there is no solidification and whether the adhesion and strength properties meet the requirements.

4. Preparatory work materials, tools, and equipment (clappers, rollers, soap, truck, rake, mixer, etc.) and thinner preparation.

5. The construction personnel requires that the EPDM rubber granule ground construction personnel shall not be less than 4 so that such equipment can ensure the normal development of the construction.

6. Small construction areas (within 1000 square meters) can be made with a bread machine. If you have no conditions, you can put it directly on the ground and mix it in a different place. After mixing the materials in proportion, pour them into the field and pave them. Use a heated (blow torch heating) or soapy clapper to make sure the joints are flattened to keep the whole flat.
