Princess Diana’s niece is a married woman! Lady Kitty Spencer tied the knot with fashion mogul Michael Lewis in Italy on July 24. The 30-year-old and her groom exchanged vows at Villa Aldo Brandini in Frascati, just outside Rome. Though Kitty was present for both Prince William and Prince Harry’s respective weddings, with Michael accompanying her to the latter, it appears neither of them attended their cousin’s nuptials.
