This winter I started growing a few vegetable plants from seeds indoors, but now they have gotten too big for their small containers. Normally these would just be transplanted outside, but I liked the idea of having them indoors to keep them year round. I don't have a lot of space so these are just going in a storage room, so I am not using the greatest looking materials. You could always upgrade if you wanted something to look a bit better. These will also have a bunch of LED lights added to the planters since there isn't much natural light for them.
