Unfortunately I have experienced some inconsistency with my test prints.
I have extensively tested primarily PLA & ABS via Orca Slicer.
First layers are now very good & consistent with Z Tap and Z Tilt.

Lower temp filament printed in a vented enclosure are generally very consistent. However, higher temp prints in an enclosure
demonstrate varying degrees of layer shift, very inconsistently.

Through the testing I have discovered that the problem lies with the Thermal Expansion of the dual X rails & X gantry. The X axis is virtually seized after
a 2 hour enclosed ABS print.

Z Tap requires dual X rails to allow the reduction in the assembly depth to be possible by strapping the Tap MGN9 Linear Rail across them.

I will therefore have to postpone publication until I can think of a solution to this problem or redesign Z Tap (4 months of iterations so far).
