When poultry farming is started in Pakistan, first of all American base controller were introduced. A well known company of USA CHORE-TIME is initiated to install controller of CHORE-TIME model 16 in environmental control houses.
For the convenience of super visors the manual of CHORE-TIME controller is briefed here. There are three modes in CHORE-TIME controller to operate the tunnel fans and exhaust fans.

1) Power mode: This mode of CHORE-TIME controller is especially used in winter season.
2) Natural mode: This mode of CHORE-TIME controller is used in semi-control shed of broiler and layer.
3) Tunnel mode: This mode of CHORE-TIME controller is used in winter season.

Description of Control Front Panel of CHORE-TIME controller model16:

1) Viewing screen: it has displays of 8 lines, each containing 40 characters. This area will display the requested information when a subject button is pressed. It shows the mode, set temperature, sensors which is installed inside houses, static pressure, humidity, check switches, check alarms, date and time.
2) Navigation Buttons: these buttons allow you to scroll up and down in the screens.
3) Edit Buttons: when the button labeled EDIT is pressed, the cursor appears. By pressing the + and - buttons, the numerical values are changed.
4) Subject Buttons: On the front of the Control are 12 subject keys. When you pressed, light of that subject key is also On. If no other buttons are pressed for 5 minutes, the control CHORE-TIME controller returns to the current conditions screen.

Overview of screens of CHORE-Tronics Controller Model 16:

Screen 1: Current conditions:
It shows the brief summary of the current condition of the house. You cannot edit the values here. It also shows the three temperatures of inside house.

Screen 2: Set Temp. /Min. Timer:
In this you can edit the set temperatures, the ON and Off time of Minimum Ventilation, Timer 1 and Timer 2. Timer 2 is only used for cooling pad On and OFF.

Screen 3: Outputs-Temperatures:
This screen shows the temperature of running for tunnel and exhaust fans. It is automatically set by CHORE-TIME controller.

The setup screen tells the Control what it us controlling. You tell the CHORE-TIME controller which Relays you want to control based on which Sensors.
