Chicken soup recipe:
Ingredients:
6 cups chicken broth
2 pounds chicken
1 large onion cut into wedges
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 bay leafs
2 carrots
8 onces mushrooms
2 1/2 cups chopped bok choy
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 cup peas/ you can use fresh snow peas just cut in half
