The positive, is that the wide reaching impact of Fastly has been shown with the amount of web traffic that was disrupted. However, the negative of course, was that there was a very high profile outage that costed Fastly some customers, likely affecting revenues.

- Fastly stock is seeing growth in revenues, however that growth rate is only about 13%. Fastly is also seeing decreased profit margins, with increasing operating expenses year over year, causing for a seemingly accelerating net loss. Investors should keep this in mind before investing in Fastly stock.

- Investing in Fastly stock is a bit risky at the moment. There is a lot of momentum in the company at the moment, so we could see large volatility in the next few days because there are likely a lot of traders in the name.
