Just some deadwooding near a busstop. Saw's first impressions... Weight is slightly more than the old T540i. It is more noisy, raspy even. It cuts good, but it is not a world of difference... not that I have noticed yet after emptying one battery with it . And it vibrates quite noticeably. Much more vibrations than with the older version.

Disclaimer, I did buy this saw with my own money, this is my unbiased opinion about it.

So I have to be honest... the saw came with some flaws. When the battery was empty, I could not get it out. Turns out the assembly had been done wrong. The two plastic parts that make up the body of the saw did not meet up correctly. This resulted in less room in the battery compartment, where the plastic had doubled up. This jammed my battery solid stuck in the saw. It took two persons in the shop, to push it out again.

And next to that, the axle that holds the clutch seems to be slightly crooked. Thus that will explain the wobble i noticed in the clutch, and also the going from left to right and back again that the sprocket did. It is back at Husqvarna now... We'll have to wait and see what happens next!

Then something else, at 11.30 or so you can see an old man with a kid and a dog taking pictures of me, whilst doing my job. It happens more and more that complete strangers do that, pictures, video's... Sometimes they do that just for fun... But most of the time it is material the want to post online to make us look bad. They seem to have some kind of grudge against the city, the company we work for, us as treeworkers or maybe even the tree... I don't know. But they don't ask, just start filming, and than quickly walk of again. We don't know what they will do with that material, but usually they want to shame us on social media, make us look bad, evil, because we don't do what they want. And everybody seems to think the have a right to make us prune public trees the way they see fit. They pay taxes, so they think every tree is their property. And they all want something differently done to the trees, they will never be satisfied....

There is this lady that follows us around the city for half a year or so, she makes video's about us, our work, and those vids are not very positive. There is some swearing involved, some shaming, et cetera. Very nasty stuff. It slowly makes me more angry day by day. We are just doing our jobs, nothing more nothing less. We do what we are asked to do by the owner of the trees, in this case the city. We do that according to our professional knowledge and schooling. We try to be helpful and nice to everybody around us, answering all the questions we get daily. We just try to make a buck to take care of our families. I don't like to be stared at the entire day, i don't like the filming, I don't like the swearing, the middle fingers we get, the shaming online... And it is getting worse and worse every year. Takes away the fun in our jobs really..
