It sucks to keep receiving rejection emails of UX job applications. There are 4 reasons that got you rejected but companies will never tell you what those are. Well, don't lose hope just yet! In this video, I'll share some insider knowledge from my hiring experience to uncover what 4 those reasons are (spoiler: they are about your online design portfolio). These 4 flaws can be common for junior or new grad designers, but the great news is that they are all solvable and totally within your control.
