Hello everyone,
As Always I promised to keep everything real and this is it! Not every single day can be great but it is the same with bad days, they can't always be bad.
I hope I captured some of the not so pretty aspects of BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) without glamorizing the disorder. Posting real and hard moments is hard in itself when I am struggling, because it is a struggle to see clearly during these times so I hope speaking on these topics does help somebody that may be struggling with these topics or just going through some of the topics I discussed in the video.
I truly want everyone to know they are not alone!
